As 2013 comes to a close there are so many great things to reflect upon. I want to thank all of you for keeping in touch with GT Young Alumni Council this year by reading GT GOLD. It takes a team of
young alumni volunteers
to put this together each month. I have had an amazing year as the President of the YAC, and I’m looking forward to another innovative year ahead. We had a record number of applications for the council in 2014, and have selected an outstanding group of new young alumni volunteers.
As 2014 approaches many of you will have New Year’s resolutions. I hope that you resolve to get involved with your
. Our alumni spotlight shows the impact that alumni volunteers can have all around the country. Many of our networks will be watching our Yellow Jackets in the Music City Bowl, so be sure to check for
events in your area, and find out ways you can make an impact, too.
Thank you again for your support over the past year, and we hope you send us any suggestions you may have to better serve you in 2014. I hope all of you have safe and happy holidays!
